The total area of the company is about 10,000 square meters, there are 5 production workshops and finished product warehouses, and 1 office building. The company adopts advanced precision investment casting process, automatic control of furnace heat treatment, pipeline crusting and spraying process, and has introduced sophisticated inspection and testing equipment to ensure the superior performance of each product. Our main products are divided into two major sectors. The first plate is a standard wear-resistant part based on low-carbon alloy steel ,covering most of the excavator brands in the mainstream market, such as Komatsu, Daewoo, Carter, Sany, Zoomlion, Xugong, etc. The second plate is based on non-standard steel casting parts of customized products, which are differentiated by materials such as carbon steel parts, manganese steel parts, alloy steel parts, etc.This kind of products take precision casting process as the entry point, provide solutions according to customer needs, and create products that fit customers’ use scenarios.
